Your role:
As a Key Account Manager for Fertility you will be identifying, developing and handling (new) accounts for long-term sales growth in the South part of Belgium and Luxembourg. You will develop positive, meaningful and trust-based partnerships with your customers based on strong product and scientific knowledge. You will prepare and manage tenders and will be strongly involved in the tender process. Further, you will identify, develop and handle out-of-tender opportunities (smaller accounts) or other possibilities on portfolio products that are not within the scope in a tender account in your region. Your role will include managing your account plans, that you will prepare and implement with the relevant actions. Collaborating with the brand team in order to work towards your goals will be key. You will plan your customer visits and ensure that all interactions are registered in iConnect. You will keep yourself up to date with activities and continue to develop product expertise through new publications.
Who you are:
- Preferably educated to a university degree.
- French speaker (native or bilingual) and good understanding of English
- Experienced in selling pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare products as a KAM.
- Experience of working with tenders would be an advantage.
- Positive and a proactive person who loves working with healthcare customers.
- A phenomenal, hardworking teammate who is not afraid to work individually.
- Eager to learn and develop professional skills.
- Has a forward-thinking and commercial approach.
- Able to prioritise and handle multiple things at the same time with a high attention to details.
