Your role: As Customer Relations Specialist youare responsible for execution of the entire R&A customer service process according to the internal policies and practices. In this position you manage andprocess customer ordersandprovide information about products,servicesand order status.Proceedimprovementinitiatives,challenge processes and seek new opportunities to increase Customer Service efficiently. You will deal directly with customerinquiries receivedvia all medias (e.g.fax, web, email), respond to customer inquiriesaccording to SLagreement and proactively look forsolutions tocustomerissues. You will as well obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries, follow up on customer interactions and manage customer accounts includingreporting. Besides this, you are responsible for the file records of customer interactions and transactions, your record details of inquiries, comments and complaints within quality management system.
Who you are:
- Goodknowledge of customer order management cycleand supply chainprocessesdesirable
- Working experience in a customer-facing environmentdesirable
- System tool agilitye.g.Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, ERP (SAP advantageous), Windows Office Suite
- Relationship management; comfortable engaging and interacting with people acrossdiverseorganizationallevels
- Fluent in English and Danish or Norwegian are a must
- A positive approach on dealing with customers and know how to organise/prioritizedailytasks
- Customer-focused& solution providermindset, result-driven
- Continuous improvement mindset, accuracyandattention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex and multicultural environment
- Collaborative approach and team spirit
