Your Role:We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Supervisor to join our Support Services Test Article Receipt team in Glasgow. As a Team Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly, lead the effort to drive consistency in sample receipts and to effectively provide guidance, leadership, support and encouragement to material handlers.

Main duties include providing hands-on support for problem solving, guidance to the team, ensuring turn around times are met, engaging in continuous improvement ways of working and investigations. On daily basis you will coordinate with operational departments and Project Managers to ensure priorities are established and met.

Who you are:

• Degree level in Science or related field
• Previous line management / supervisor experience - in similar working environment preferred
• Previous experience in training and mentoring
• Previous experience working in a regulated environment (GLP/GMP)
• Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment and respond to changing priorities
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
