Your Role: we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Supervisor to join our Support Services Stores team in Glasgow.Our team ensures all goods in & raw materials received are in good condition, fit for use and are logged into ourOracle system.As ourteam Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring daily operations are performed right first time at all times.You will lead the effort to drive consistency in inventory managementand to effectively provide guidance, leadership, support and encouragement to material handlers. Duties of the role includeworkingwithin Storesproviding hands-on support, training, guidance, and mentorship to personnel to ensure inventory is managedaccurately; ensuring goods in area is audit ready; raisingand progressingdeviations and Corrective or Preventative Action (CAPA) records in a timely manner; co-ordinatingwith operational departmentsto ensure priorities are established and met; taking responsibility for recruitment, retention and development of direct reportsthrough regular 1-2-1's,annual reviews & goal setting.

T his is the fixed-term contract role for 12 months.

Who you are:

• Previous line management experience highly desirable
  
• Previous experience in training and mentoring essential
  
• Previous experience working in a regulated environment (GLP/GMP), SOP writing, deviations etc. desirable
  
• Working knowledge of electronic inventory systems (such as Oracle, ERP, LIMS) is essential
  
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment and respond to changing priorities
  
• Excellent level of organisation and communication skills
