Your Role: The Clearance Services department have an exciting opportunity for a talented Laboratory Assistant to join our team in Stirling. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of routine tasks to support the team with client studies undertaken. You will conduct routine tasks to support GLP operations and will ensure laboratories / equipment are maintained in the validated state. The scope of responsibility will include but not be limited to lab housekeeping, equipment maintenance, preparations of reagents and stock control. The ability to communicate well and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues is essential to the success of the role.

Who you are:

• HNC in biological sciences or related subject (or equivalent work experience)
• Previous experience working in a regulated environment (GLP/GMP) would be advantageous but not essential
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamworking skills are essential
• You are strongly focused on quality and safety, with good organisational and planning skills and can demonstrate the ability to work using your own initiative
