Your Role: we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Orders Management Specialist to join our team in Glasgow. As a Specialist working within our Orders Management team, you will beresponsible for enabling commercial opportunities and projects, as well as entering orders for client submissions, generating client quotes, making order adjustments and dealing with invoice queries. You will be a key team player in leading the efforts to generate complex commercial contracts or proposals, generating, analysing and driving process change from the Orders Management performance metrics.You will also provide collaborative and analytical support to a variety of internal partners e.g. Project Management (PM), Sales (AM) and Marketing, Finance, Information Technologies (IT), Operations and Quality Control / Quality Assurance (QC / QA). This role has a global reach, enabling commercial opportunities for the EU, US and AP divisions.

Who You Are:

• Be educated to min of HND level orBSc in a relevant discipline
• Competent work experience within a data entry environment, with preferred experience within a life science company
• Excellent oral and written communication and collaboration skills. Computer skills required: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and spreadsheet data analysis tools.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion.
• Initiative and organisation skills, be a self-motivator, possess a positive attitude and perform well as a team player.
• Experience working with cross functional teams. Multi-site, multi-country experience preferred
