Your
Role: we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Customer Services Officer (ideally with SAP experience) to join
our team in Feltham. In this role you will be part of a high energy, dynamic and rewarding team environment, focused on delivering
best-in-class customer service. Our Customer Services Officer is pivotal in providing a 'first point of contact' for internal
and external customers, through the completion of order processing, stock control, pricing accuracy, customer telephone queries
and payment resolution. Our Customer Services Officer will have frequent interaction in a team environment with peers across
a range of different departments, to assist one another with orders and information. Collaboration with all colleagues is
key to the success of this role.
Who You Are:
- Competent experience in customer service, either face to face or phone based, is essential.
- Educated to GCSE minimum standard or equivalent Customer Service experience is required.
- Good working knowledge of PC applications is a must, as well as a working knowledge of SAP
- Able to meet the challenges of a fast-paced, high-energy environment, while maintaining a strong level of professionalism.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and written skills, excellent listening skills, a proactive problem-solver, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Highly motivated and organised, with defined attention to detail and prioritising incoming tasks.
