Your Role: we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Strategic Order Management Specialist to join our team in Haverhill. As our Strategic order Management Specialist, you will beresponsible for enabling commercial opportunities and projects, working collaboratively with a range of departments to agree production processes, order fulfilment and ultimately achieve on-time delivery. You will be a key team player in leading the efforts to generate complex commercial contracts or proposals, generating, analysing and driving process change to enable business growth.You will also provide collaborative and analytical support to a variety of internal partners e.g. Customer Services, Production and Quality Control / Quality Assurance (QC / QA).

Who You Are:

• Be educated to min of HND level orBSc in a relevant discipline e.g. Biological, Life or Chemical Science
• Competent work experience within a Quality, Customer Services or Orders Management environment
• Excellent oral and written communication and collaboration skills. Computer skills required: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in SAP or another Customer Management System would be an advantage
• Excellent time management skills, along with the ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion.
• Initiative and organisation skills, be a self-motivator, possess a positive attitude and perform well as a team player.
• Experience working with cross functional teams.
