Your role: As an In House Service Coordinator, you will support the field service organization by managing incoming
requests (phone/e-mail/fax) from external customers, providing them technical support to troubleshoot problem's and facilitate
first time fix rate, provide appropriate solutions to improve field service activity efficiency, propose service products
in a cost efficient manner that leaves the customer completely satisfied with the interaction. Ensure data integrity using
CRM tools following guidance and SO, prioritize ad hoc customer requests and existing rolling business (maintenance and installations),
initiate billable repairs quotations (BRQ) in ServiceMax and manage work orders scheduling to maximize efficiency and customer
satisfaction.
Who You Are:
- Previous experience working within a field service or customer facing role, ideally in a related environment
- General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to priorities own workload and multi-task
- Be a strong team player
- Ability to complete documentation accurately
- Computer literate with experience of data entry, experience working with Salesforce would be beneficial
