Your role:

  • Overall responsible for Quality department functioning and Customer Satisfaction
  • Responsible for ensuring that process needed for Quality Management systems are established, implemented and maintained.
  • Planning and execution of Internal audits
  • Management of Quality complaints i.e. investigation, RCA, CAPA plan, monitoring of CAPA & close out for IQA audit, customer audit and corporate audit
  • Initiation periodic Management Review (Quality)
  • Handling of customer query
  • SLU for TrackWise Compliant management and providing training to across the organisation
  • SLU for TrackWise Deviation Management and providing training to across the organisation
  • SLU for Audit CAPA Management, and providing training to across the organisation
  • SLU for Change Management system and providing training to across the organisation
  • New label development and Approval.
  • Maintain of Master data for Article numbers and allocation of new Article numbers for new product development, support in specification.
  • Performing the vendor audits of raw material and packaging material suppliers.
  • Planning and execution of Supplier Management
  • Support to Sales and Marketing department
  • Facing the Customer audit, Corporate audit and other regulatory audits
  • Support to QC for decision making
  • Release of CoA


    • Who you are:
    • Masters' degree
    • 8-15 yrs of exp
    • QMS awareness, Knowledge of SOP preparation, Quality Audits, Complaint Management, document management, Knowledge of chemical analysis and ISO 9001 awareness
