Your Role:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen in our company

Within our matrix organization, you manage the 9 employees at the R&D Microbiome products department and report to the Israel R&D Director.

You lead the development activities of products that are relevant to the microbiome research field, use microbiology, molecular biology, and organic chemistry and analytical chemistry-based technologies in the course of product development, launched products into the company catalog (NPDI), work with product and project managers to build the pipeline of products and monitor the progress of development, routinely evaluate and improve the future products pipeline, support the tech transfer of products into the production departments, prepare relevant application data to support the market entry of new products, evaluate new technologies, licensing and OEM opportunities.

You strengthen microbiome workflow know-how in the department, constantly review relevant scientific literature and suggest innovative products and technologies.

prepare and present updates within and outside the department.

In addition, in charge of SOP generation and modification and enforce safety regulation in the department

Who You Are?

• Ph.D. in Biology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life science
• High level in Hebrew & English
• Ability to manage a team of scientists (chemists and biologists)
• Proven track record in running projects independently
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong experience in molecular biology methods and tools
• Great interpersonal and communicational skills
• Quickly adapt to changes
• Well organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and able to work independently
• Superb data analysis skills
• Ability to identify and solve problems in an independent manner
