Your role:

You are working in a laboratory supporting mainly pharmaceutical research for Healthcare by cell culture and molecular services and related bio-analytical techniques. This includes gene editing technologies such as CRISPR, Next-Generation-Sequencing and tailor-made generation of genetically modified cells. In this context you will also support activities in the new S2 lab. Additionally, we offer custom made 3D bioprinting services to our customers. Another focus of the lab is the cell bank - you will support this project by providing cell lines including QC analysis.

You will be part of a young, innovative and highly motivated team. You work closely with internal partners and customers (mainly in Germany, Europe and the US). You will be responsible for ensuring that laboratory work is in compliance with all regulatory and scientific requirements. You will be responsible for mainly GRP like documentation of your data following our high scientific standards. You will support the colleagues in the daily lab routine.

Profile:

• Skills in common cell culture techniques (e.g. cultivation, freezing, transfections)
• Gene editing, e.g. CRISPR
• Molecular biological methods (e.g. qPCR)
• Biochemical assay (e.g. Elisa)
• Experience in working under S1 and S2 conditions
• Experience in GMP environment is a plus
• Collaborative, passionate and enthusiastic personality with ability to work in a dynamic, young professional team
• Work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written German and English
