Your role: We have an excellent opportunity for an Inside Sales Account Manager to join the team in Amsterdam.  As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will develop sales of the assigned portfolio in the assigned territory to achieve quarterly and annual targets, through remote selling activities.  The inside sales account manager will be responsible for developing and executing yearly plan aiming to drive growth in the territory, build and maintain relationships with the assigned customers, perform proactive outbound telephone calls, identify and develop new sales opportunities and attend exhibitions.  You will also ensure relevant CRM systems and records are updated, send and follow up on quotations, contracts and tenders, implement promotional campaigns at the accounts and create reports on product needs of the customers for new product development.

 

Who You Are:

  • Have previous Sales Experience or Sales Support Experience within Life Science 
  • Educated to degree level, ideally within a Science discipline
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Highly motivated by sales, customer and results focused
  • Ability to motivate and drive sales within a competitive environment
  • Excellent time management and self-organization skills
  • Strong communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, and presentations skills
