Your role: The world is rapidly changing from analog to digital. To stay abreast, our Life Science Division has an exciting opportunity in B2B Solutions Integration Management. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for a diverse range of activities across the EMEA region. This role focuses on supporting and maintaining our B2B relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple E-Procurement platforms and third-party service providers. This position can be office based or home based, in the Netherlands and in further locations across Europe. This role encompasses 4 main areas:

Supporting all existing Trading Partner Integrations within the EMEA region to ensure best-in-class solutions with our customers.

Implementing all B2B components and solutions within your assigned subregion of the EMEA region.

Collaborating in global/regional/divisional projects as the B2B/EDI subject matter expert

Documenting all project-related information to be logged in our respective databases.

Who you are:

• You are a solution-oriented business partner
• You have strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• You have completed a Bachelor's degree or gained equivalent industry experience
• You have excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
• 3+ years of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience
• 3+ years of SAP experience preferred
• 3+ years of experience implementing electronic transaction formats (EDIFACT, idoc, X.12, XML)
• 3+ years of experience working with B2B communication channels (Http/s, VAN, AS2, FTP)
• 3+ years of experience working in a customer-facing service role (customer/technical service/retail)
• Working knowledge of "order-to-cash" business process
