Your Role:
As the Process and Formulation Materials Field Based Account Manager you will lead the customer relationship for a set of P&FM customers based in UK mainly in the North of England region. You will develop sales for GMP Emprove branded products and uncover leads for customized products or sophisticated sales projects whilst protecting and growing existing business. You will understand the customer pipeline, projects, strategy, goals and work closely with our Field Marketing colleagues. You will take care of the Formulation Development of Small and Large Molecules, in alignment with Upstream & Downstream sales colleagues from our Bio Process Organisation. You will demonstrate your technical and industry expertise for generating sales from existing or new customers for the P&FM portfolio within your territory and you will be encouraged to utilise the available tools and resources to supervise and report sales activity and share account and process knowledge. Who you are:
- Great understanding of the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Excellent knowledge Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Process (Upstream, Downstream & Final Formulation) & Chemicals used
- Scientific background would be highly helpful
- Experience in Consultative Selling, preferably in Life Sciences
- Phenomenal knowledge of regulatory landscape
- Outstanding Teammate
- Previous Field sales experience
- Extremely Self-motivated
- Ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships
