Your Role:
To lead sophisticated projects using a crafted project model to develop vital achievements and deliver success including alignment to required time, quality and budget restrictions. Being able to drive successful departments including Production, Quality, Validation, Planning, EHS, etc. Communicate project activities with vital groups and the site leadership team to ensure awareness of requirements, project delays, issues and successes. Planning project activities, controlling budgets and facilitation of regular suppliers meetings, internal progress meetings and providing meeting notes with defined actions. Act as the direct contact on projects while supporting the project's roadmap for the site and handle the process to collect, evaluate and select the projects on a yearly basis. Implement and follow metrics to measure the project's execution. Support the development of junior members of the projects team.
Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering - preferably mechanical, electrical, automation or chemical engineering.
• Significant engineering and project management experience.
• Sound knowledge of structured project management methodologies - preferably with formal project management accreditation.
• Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent and proven team building and team motivational skills.
• Strong influencing skills.
• Strong organising and time leadership skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Excellent decision making and negotiation skills.
• A highly developed problem-solving approach.
• Preferably has experience of leading design, commissioning and validation activities in a GMP environment.
